GMS

The integration of GMS Felix with Guestnet connects core guest data from the PMS with digital guest communication. Guests can log in to the Guest App before arrival and access their stay details and invoices at any time.

 

Invoices and booking details are automatically transferred from the PMS and clearly displayed. In addition, spa offers can be presented directly within the Guest App, allowing guests to explore services in advance.

 

GMS Felix acts as the central data source for reservations and guest information. Combined with Guestnet, this creates a structured and transparent communication flow throughout the stay—without additional manual effort for the hotel team.
