Key features of the Guestnet Child Pass

The Child Pass offers a wide range of features that significantly simplify arrival and childcare processes for families. Arriving children are automatically recognized and clearly displayed in the backend – without any manual effort. Parents can complete the Child Pass digitally and contactlessly before their stay, ensuring that all important information is available in advance. For kids club teams, an intuitive attendance management system using a simple toggle switch ensures full transparency: green indicates that a child is currently in the kids club, grey shows absence. This allows for optimal planning of daily schedules, safety measures and organizational processes.

Hotels can define unlimited age groups and customize age-specific questions, such as allergies, interests, special requirements or pick-up authorizations. All collected data can be filtered, searched and exported, making planning even more efficient. Thanks to direct editing in the GuestApp or backend, teams remain flexible and can update information at any time – both on mobile devices and desktop.
