Why did you choose Guestnet, and which processes are handled in-house?

We chose Guestnet to have a system that manages and consolidates the guest experience before and during their stay across a variety of different media and systems. This allows us to feed website content, screens, TVs, apps, or the customized morning post in real-time in different languages – all via a single tool.
It offers us a simple and user-friendly solution to enhance the guest experience and to simplify and speed up the work of our staff.

We also manage activity registrations efficiently through Guestnet, including a waiting list option. This improves both guest convenience and internal workflows.
