Interactive guest experiences directly on-site
Larcher X takes it one step further: with an interactive totem, the contents of the Guest App are also visible and usable directly on-site. Guests can make spontaneous decisions, book services, or get information – without needing their own smartphone.
The totem is not a replacement but a smart extension of the Guest App. It is especially appealing to guests who prefer to get information directly in-house, who value personal contact at the reception, but still want to use digital services. At the same time, it increases the visibility of the content and makes digital services easily accessible even for less tech-savvy guests.
