With a clear focus on performance, Adrevo combines creativity with commercial expertise. The comprehensive current-state analysis includes, among other things, the entire online presence, revenue development, pricing strategy, market positioning, and the review and optimization of existing software solutions.
The goal: increase visibility and revenue, optimize content, develop dynamic pricing strategies, and ensure that teams use existing tools as efficiently as possible.
An outstanding example of this successful collaboration is the use of Guestnet within The Eder Collection. On this occasion, we are delighted to offer insights into Lorenz’s work, experiences and visions through an interview.
We have been working with the Eder Hotels for around two years now and collaborate very closely on a daily basis. Short decision-making paths, passion in everyday operations, attention to detail and an innovation-driven mindset make these properties truly special. For us as a partner, it is above all the people we work with in Maria Alm who make the difference.
Guestnet is the central hub for internal guest communication within The Eder Collection. The platform is used for programs, food and beverage menus, links to the Eder Club, the Eder Collection Shop, entertainment and information apps, and partner websites.
Thanks to the close proximity of the hotels, cross-selling of F&B outlets, shops and activities works extremely well – and Guestnet is the ideal channel to communicate this.
Awareness of the individual properties and of The Eder Collection as a whole has increased significantly among guests. We have also successfully encouraged curiosity about trying another property on a future stay or joining the club.
When new features and integrations are released, we always aim to be among the first to adopt them in order to fully leverage their potential and better understand how guests use them.
Apart from dependencies on third parties when integrating external tools – for example via iFrames – Guestnet works very well in most areas, as does the collaboration with the support team. Greater flexibility in implementing the corporate design would be desirable.
CRQLAR is an important and valuable addition to Guestnet. It turns the simple promotion of add-on or cross-selling offers into a tool that can map the entire in-house guest journey. More options in the multi-property setup and greater stability of the iFrame integration would be beneficial.
Guestnet has the potential to further develop guest communication in both directions. Through active guest feedback during the stay, needs or weak points could be identified immediately rather than after departure. This increases satisfaction, loyalty and ultimately the willingness to spend more.

By integrating the CRQLAR SPA widget into Guestnet, The Eder Collection has significantly simplified and digitalized its entire SPA organization. Guests can view available treatments in real time, book appointments themselves and access offers at any time – entirely without inquiries at the reception. This relieves teams, reduces manual coordination and leads to significantly better utilization. At the same time, guests benefit from a fast, transparent and intuitive interface that integrates seamlessly into the digital guest journey.
Incert eTourismus x The Eder Collection
Incert is also seamlessly integrated into Guestnet for The Eder Collection, creating an optimal connection between voucher sales, value voucher management and digital guest communication. Guests can discover or redeem vouchers directly via Guestnet, while the team benefits from automated and error-free processing. The integration not only strengthens additional revenue, but also ensures a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints – from inspiration to on-site booking.
